
Iceland has edged out Norway as the best country in the world to live in according to the United Nation's Human Development Index. Sub-Saharan Africa's countries formed the worst collective region. The United States dropped from 8th to 12th from last year's rankings to this year's.
This is for all my conservative friends to see that, indeed, the United Nations does occasionally do something useful: give Newsviners something to talk about like rankings for the best country to live in. ;-)
