Osama Bin Laden has issued a new tape which chides his Al Qaeda in Iraq followers for failing to pay their dues on time, as it were. Apparently, when AQI in Al-Anbar leader Abu Hamza was killed (by local tribesmen that banded together under a grouop known as The Salvation) the approximately 300 AQI members in Anbar were left leaderless and without anyone that has the knowledge to construct car bombs. No leader equals no extortion of the people in al-Anbar to pay up or die equals no money flowing to Osama Bin Laden. And, apparently, Bin Laden is rather angry about this turn of events and, in his words, expects it to be "rectified."
